Turkey Terror

It has been an absolutely horrifying year for the people of Turkey. Still reeling from the assassination of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey in Ankara last month, the country suffered another terrorist nightmare. This time the event occurred on New Year’s Eve at a crowded nightclub in Istanbul. There has been an intense manhunt for the perpetrator of this heinous act, and his identity has been confirmed. There has been a loud outcry of both support for the victims and condemnation of the perpetrators. ISIS has claimed responsibility. Authorities believe they are close to apprehending the suspect. Malcolm Nance, former U.S. Intelligence Officer and NBC terror analyst came on NBC to give his take on the manhunt:
